Like many other years, while the Lunar New Year is approaching, many Vietnamese Americans come to Phuoc Loc Tho Mall (also called Asian Garden Mall) to visit a Vietnamese flower festival. They buy products, flowers, and fruits that are especially sold for the Lunar New Year Holiday. Although the mall is located in the city of Westminster, Orange County, California, it sells Vietnamese specialties such as Vietnamese Mickey-mouse plants (Ochna integerrima, or yellow Mai) and peach blossom. People purchase these flowers to decorate their houses for the Lunar New Year. Viet Linh invites you to enjoy the atmosphere at Phuoc Loc Tho Mall when the New Year is approaching on the lunar calendar.
The gate of Phuoc Loc Tho Mall is decorated with signs and banners welcoming the Lunar New Year. This year, the mall holds its Flower Festival from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day from January 18th to February 3rd.
